Our mission is to free creative teams to do brilliant work.

We do this by equipping them with the proper mindset, the right tools, and the systems they need to thrive.

For a creative team (any team that does mind work) to thrive, it’s necessary to develop practices that will sustain their productivity rather than treating their creative process as something that happens “in the cracks”. Through our speaking and consulting, we help creative teams develop these practices. Through our podcasts and blog we reach thousands more each week with practical tips on how to stay fresh and productive as a creative.

1. Person who structures their life so as to experience frequent creative insights (see also creative accidents), 2. A company that helps creatives do brilliant work.
