…we’re going to deal with the nitty gritty of time management. It seems that this is the giant thorn in everyone’s side these days. The single most common complaint I hear is that people just don’t have enough time to be creative.
It’s NOT a matter of quantity, it’s a matter of allocation and energy management. It’s amazing what can happen when you simply shift a few things to a different time slot - NOT drop them, just move them. Suddenly you become more productive simply because of you have changed the pattern of your week and the energy required of you throughout it.
Those decisions need to be made by each person, which is why it’s sometimes important to have someone walk you through them, but overall there are a few very basic principles that can help us be more productive. That’s what we’re going to tackle.
Accidental Creative
I recently have begun to listen to a podcast by Todd Henrey entitled The Accidental Creative. I would like to reference one of his posts on his blog in which he addresses productivity, a subject that I have covered in an earlier post.
