    Too freakin funny, thanks for sharing the laugh!  So true – process for the sake of process clouds simple resolve.  The science of process has it’s place, but it’s only perfectly placed when it finds harmony with the art of random thought and simple resolve.  (can you tell I’m in the trenches of this battle? :-)
