Thanks for the advice and I just order your book looking forward to it arriving. Podcast are great.

At the moment my goals is to switch careers to a creative role as web designer. This year I have made progress however still feel stuck at times. This podcast is really made me think if am asking the right questions. What am i afraid of? failure and feedback but i keep putting myself out there but sometimes fall back into a rut were i struggle to move forward.

Where to comfortable? in my current role where it is all about the money nothing else.

Why Confused? So many web design blogs, learning and my own level of skill. Where do i start? how do i build a portfolio without clients. May be because am my own teacher and i need to have a more robust training plan.

What drive me? I love wed design and am happy when am design and writing code.

What is at stake? At the moment i feel am losing days maybe weeks deciding how best to move forward.

Really appreciate your thoughts for someone like myself. This almost turned into a blog post but maybe i need to get things down and out my head.

Again this has really helped. thanks Kev
