An interesting look at Microsoft’s “cult of the puzzle” and how it has shaped their hiring practices and operational strategy.

  1. Neat idea! Currently reading the essays of Montaigne (imagine a Renaissance blogger) and the second book in the Temeraire series (think “Master and Commander” with dragons).
